I just put the finishing touches on the latest new MindSay feature: multiple image uploading.  Now, if you have a set of pictures, you can upload them all into one blog post.  MindSay will automatically create a mini-gallery for you.  Slick, eh?

These are a few pictures from my Google interviews this summer.  What an experience.

The interview process was disorganized, but fair.  I interviewed with two groups at Google, so I had quite a number of interviews.  I spoke with eight (8) different people before I even got on-site, which included five 30-minute phone interviews (two per group plus one "redo").  The format of the interviews was very formulaic and extremely technical.   I wish I could share some of the questions! Anyway, I did really well and "clicked" with several of them.

In addition to flying me out, they provided a rental car and stay at a nice hotel (with a free a happy hour no less) for a couple days.  The interviews onsite were fine but for some reason I just wasn't as strong.  I heard horror stories about how long their interviews were, so I tried to pace myself.  Maybe I should have gone "all out" from the start.

I also got a chance to meet up with a friend which was very cool.  Went to the Santa Monica, took some pictures around the pier, and enjoyed every minute of it.  At the end of the trip, I was a little tired.  Maybe you can tell?

So anyway, try out the new feature and let me know if you have any issues!
